+ What are your hours?
Sift Mystic and Sift Niantic is open daily and year-round from 7am - 7pm. Sift Mystic and Niantic are only closed for Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Sift Watch Hill is a seasonal storefront open late May though September - 7 days a week- 8 am - 4 pm.
+ Do you offer gluten free or vegan items?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of gluten-free items including our French macaron assortments, select entremets, granola, and ATY chocolate bonbons. In addition, we offer a vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookie, and vegan and gluten-free ginger molasses cookie. Most of our breads are also vegan. We also offer an assortment of non-dairy milks. Please note, items are subject to availability, and it is best to call ahead if traveling for these specific items. Sift is not a certified Gluten-Free kitchen.
+ Do you deliver?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery services. We are happy to arrange any orders for quick & easy pick-ups however!
+ Do you ship your pastries?
Due to the delicate nature of our pastries, we do not ship baked goods or desserts, but you can arrange treats through our confection company Adam T. Young Confections.
+ Do you offer baking classes?
At this time we are unable to offer baking classes. We do hope to resume classes in the future, and sincerely appreciate the interest.
+ DO YOU MAKE CUSTOMIZED FRENCH MACARON FLAVORS/COLORS?
We do not offer custom flavors or colors, but we would be delighted to arrange a bulk order for our already existing flavors!
+ DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR REGULAR BAKERY MENU?
We are unable to take special orders for items that are not on our regular bakery menu. Thank you for your understanding!
+ DO YOU MAKE WEDDING OR CUSTOM/THEMED CAKES?
Sift does not make wedding cakes or themed cakes. We can happily suggest cake artists in the area if you are interested. Thank you!
+ DOES SIFT OFFER CHARITABLE DONATIONS?
